Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Any orders placed with shipping addresses outside the continental United States will be cancelled and refunded.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday through Friday) will be processed on the next business day.
Important: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the continental United States. The following table outlines our shipping options:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier‘s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@ridstaar.it.com.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. We ship to the address you provide during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
We recommend that you include a phone number with your order so that the carrier can contact you if any delivery issues arise.
Delivery Attempts & Signature Requirements
Our carriers will make multiple delivery attempts to the address you provided. For certain orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your package, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up your package from a local facility.
If a package is not successfully delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
